Alila Hotels & Resorts is a Hyatt-owned collection of boutique luxury properties in seven countries worldwide. Meaning “surprise” in Sanskrit, Alila stands apart in the hospitality space through authentic connections to culture, sustainable living, and immersive local experiences.
As part of their rebrand, I developed a new tone of voice and copy for the main brand website and 20 individual property sites. I also led the creation of brand videos for each property, including scripts and collaborating on visuals to create a web experience representative of the guest experience.
To support refreshed strategy and art direction, I helped shape thoughtful content direction, including editorial and digital experiences. Other project deliverables included advertising materials, social media content, collateral, and guidance on guest experience touchpoints.
